Residents and families have peace of mind knowing Oakmont of Pacific Beach offers a wellness center and full-time nurse to assist with all of your daily living needs. Additionally, residents have the option to take advantage of our Concierge Medicine Program and Diabetes Wellness Program.

We offer temporary home health care, follow-up care during recuperation from short-term illness or injury, and full time care in the privacy of your own home. Services are appropriately tailored to each resident’s needs and our professional and caring team provides individualized assistance 24 hours a day.
